SIGN UP FOR SERVICES
Click on the Free Quote button and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call or message us on Facebook.2
SCHEDULE YOUR INITIAL CLEANUP
Once you sign up for services a Scoop-E-Doo representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.3
ATTACH PAYMENT METHOD
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a credit card. Once auto pay is setup Scoop-E-Doo will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.4

On service day, our dedicated Scoop-E-Doo team will provide professional, thorough service—leaving your yard spotless and worry-free every time.
ARRIVAL NOTIFICATION
Our friendly Scoop-E-Doo technicians will send you a 60-minute "on-the-way" text before starting your service. You don’t need to be home during the visit, but we kindly ask for easy access to the yard and that any aggressive dogs are kept indoors. This allows us to provide smooth, efficient, and hassle-free dog waste removal, leaving your yard clean and fresh every time.
CLEANING YOUR YARD
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and thoroughly clean up all the dog waste in your yard. At Scoop-E-Doo, our team is trained to follow a precise grid pattern, minimizing the chance of missing any spots. For added peace of mind, we walk your yard multiple times to ensure it’s completely clean, fresh, and waste-free.
SAFETY PROCEDURES
Once your yard is completely dog poop-free, your Scoop-E-Doo technician will upload a photo of your securely closed gate, ensuring your pets stay safe. To maintain a healthy and germ-free environment, all scooping equipment is thoroughly sanitized on-site using organic, kennel-grade disinfectant. This prevents the spread of bacteria or illness between yards, keeping your pets and property clean and safe.
PET WASTE DISPOSAL
We use biodegradable waste bags to securely double-bag the waste, placing it in your trash can or transporting it in our service truck for disposal with Waste Management, depending on local regulations. In select locations without trash cans, the waste will be discreetly placed at the side of your home. This guarantees eco-friendly disposal, compliance with local guidelines, and a hassle-free experience for you.
