Our Policy

Terms of service

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog wasteremoval services from Scoop-E-Doo.
Terms of Service and Service Conditions
Scoop-E-Doo is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we,” or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses, and commercial properties. By using our services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services we provide. Acceptance of our Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
The customer acknowledges that our ability to provide the Services may depend on factors such as weather, grass height, access to your yard (which is your responsibility), and other unforeseen external circumstances.
Residential Pet Waste Removal Services
Scoop-E-Doo offers residential pet waste removal services, including Spring Cleanings, One-Time Cleanings, Weekly Cleanings, Twice-Weekly Cleanings, Every-Other-Week Cleanings. All pricing displayed on our website is based on properties up to 1/8th of an acre. Properties exceeding this size may incur additional charges, which will be communicated prior to service.
Access to Service Areas
The Customer acknowledges that if Scoop-E-Doo is unable to access the designated cleaning area due to locked, blocked, or frozen gates, or the presence of aggressive dogs, the scheduled service will be skipped, and the full service charge will still apply. To avoid such situations, we recommend providing gate combinations or lock keys in advance to ensure uninterrupted access. If the Customer requests a return visit to complete the service, a $5 driving fee will be added to the Customer’s bill.
Weather Policy
Scoop-E-Doo will perform services in rain and cold weather, provided it is safe to do so. However, the Customer acknowledges that services may be paused during severe weather conditions such as thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or significant snow accumulation.
Scoop-E-Doo operates as a MONTHLY subscription service, and refunds are not provided for missed weeks due to weather. In cases of missed service, we will resume at the next scheduled visit, during which all accumulated waste will be removed. If an additional cleaning is required before the next scheduled service, the Customer may contact us, and we will make every effort to accommodate the request, though this cannot be guaranteed.
To protect your property, services may also be postponed if the yard is excessively muddy to prevent damage. In such cases, service will resume once the ground conditions improve.
Holiday Service Policy
Scoop-E-Doo does not provide services on the following holidays: Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day. If your scheduled service falls on one of these holidays, service will be skipped for that week and resumed on your next scheduled visit.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for missed service on these holidays. The accumulated waste from the skipped week will be removed during the following service, as the same amount of work will still need to be completed.
Billing and Payment Policy
  • Monthly Billing: Scoop-E-Doo bills monthly for recurring services. Your account will be charged on the 1st of each month.

  • Declined Payments: If your payment method is declined, services will be discontinued immediately until the issue is resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last cleanup, a first-time cleanup fee will apply to resume service.

  • Service Pauses: Services can be paused for up to 30 days. If service does not resume after this period, your account will be removed from our schedule.

  • One-Time Cleanings: For one-time cleanings, billing occurs after the service is completed. Payment is due within 24 hours of service.

  • Late Payments: Accounts with payments more than 30 days overdue will be turned over to a collections agency.

  • By using Scoop-E-Doo services, you agree to adhere to this billing and payment policy.
Yard Maintenance and Cleanup Policy
At Scoop-E-Doo, we strive to clean your yard as thoroughly as possible. However, the Customer acknowledges that certain yard conditions, such as tall grass, leaves, or other debris, can make it challenging to locate and remove all dog waste.
If your grass is overgrown or the yard is not well-maintained at the time of service, some waste may be missed. We will address any missed waste during your next scheduled visit, provided yard maintenance has been completed.
If you notice an excessive amount of waste that was missed, please notify us promptly at info@scoopedoo.ca, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is important to us!
